More about the NEW Northwest Building
A $180 million investment is transforming the Kentucky Exposition Center with a brand-new, 350,000-square-foot multi-purpose facility - about the size of six football fields - on the west side of the property. Designed to be versatile and state-of-the-art, the new building will host everything from major trade shows and conventions to livestock and equine competitions and high-energy sporting tournaments.
This project marks a transformative milestone for the Commonwealth. As one of the nation's largest exposition centers, the Kentucky Exposition Center is positioning itself to remain a premier destination for world-class events. Phase one of the renovation will be complete and ready to welcome events in 2027.
